Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 20, 2025

By creating an account or participating in the NeuroDuo Alpha Study, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you may not participate in or access the application.

Participants must:

• Be between 65 and 75 years of age
   
• Have capacity to provide informed consent
   
• Possess access to an internet-enabled device
   

Participation is voluntary and non-medical in nature.

The Study assesses memory recall and cognitive focus through a 30-day sequence of daily questions and engagement metrics. Results are used solely for research and development of NeuroDuo cognitive support formulations.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
   
• Keep your password confidential
   
• Use the platform only for study participation
   
• Not attempt to interfere with or misuse the system
   

Badges, milestones, and digital acknowledgments are symbolic and hold no monetary or exchange value.

Your personal data are processed in accordance with the NeuroDuo Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR and CCPA).

You may exercise data retrieval or deletion rights at any time.

All platform content, software, and study materials are owned or licensed by NeuroDuo Research and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, revocable license to use them for research participation only.

The Study and product under evaluation are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Participation does not constitute medical advice or clinical treatment. Consult your physician before making any health decisions.

NeuroDuo Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, system access, or use of any study materials.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to participate.

You may withdraw or delete your account at any time. NeuroDuo may suspend accounts for misconduct, fraud, or security concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
